Brown 2 pounds of ground beef and 2 pounds of ground pork in a large skillet until completely cooked and drained of grease.

Add 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each) to the meat mixture, including the juice.

In a separate bowl, combine 24 ounces of cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes, and 3 large eggs; mix until well combined.
Layer the lasagna by starting with a layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Add a layer of lasagna noodles over the meat sauce, followed by a layer of sliced mozzarella cheese.
Continue layering with more meat sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, and mozzarella until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat sauce and shredded mozzarella on top.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the oven; the creator does not specify the temperature or time for baking in the video but mentions that it should be baked until bubbly and golden.
