Add glue under the fold of the tortilla, press shut to form a cone.
Add pizza filling to the cone, press to flatten, and add more glue to the top fold; press shut and crimp with a fork.
Repeat for all 10 pizza pockets.
Spray each pizza pocket with non-stick cooking spray and air fry at 400°F for 45 minutes until golden.
For the pizza dilla, add egg whites to a pan on medium-high heat (7 out of 10).
Add a burrito tortilla on top and cover to help egg whites cook quickly.
Once egg whites are solid, flip the tortilla and add pizza sauce, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, mozzarella, and turkey pepperonis.
Carefully fold and press shut, then add to a pizza pan.
Add pizza sauce, mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni on top, then bake in the oven at 450°F until toppings are golden.
Slice and enjoy the pizza dilla.
For the 12-inch pizza, add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to avoid clumping.
Add wet ingredients and mix until a thick paste-like consistency is achieved.
Bake the crust at 450°F for about 10 minutes until golden.
Add low-fat marinara, part-skim mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni, then bake until toppings are golden.
Slice and enjoy the pizza.
For cheesy garlic bread sticks, mix self-rising flour and coconut flour in a bowl to avoid clumping.
Add Greek yogurt and egg whites, mix until thick paste-like consistency is achieved.
Add garlic powder on top and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes.
Add part-skim mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, and fresh basil, then bake until golden.
Slice and enjoy the cheesy garlic bread sticks.
For a personal pan pizza in the air fryer, mix dry ingredients in a bowl to avoid clumping.
Add wet ingredients and mix until thick paste-like consistency is achieved.
Measure air fryer to determine parchment paper size, then add dough to parchment and shape into a pizza crust.
Carefully add to air fryer and cook at 400°F for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Spray crust with non-stick cooking spray, add garlic powder, and air fry for another 3 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
