Place 1 pound of ground beef in a bowl.
Crack in 2 eggs and add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.
Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of flour and finely chop a small bunch of fresh parsley, adding it to the bowl.
Grate 1 onion and add it to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together using your hands until well combined.
Lay out a sheet of parchment paper and spread the meat mixture into a large rectangle.
Drizzle olive oil into a warm pan and heat until shimmering.
Finely chop 1 onion and add it to the pan, cooking until golden.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and let it simmer for a minute.
Grate 1 carrot and add it to the pan, cooking until softened with the onions and barbecue sauce.
Spread the veggie mix evenly over the ground beef layer.
Melt a little butter in a pan and add 2 mushrooms, cooking until golden and tender.
Finely chop 1 red onion and add it to the pan with the mushrooms, sautéing together for a few minutes.
Finely chop 3 garlic cloves and add them to the pan, cooking until fragrant.
Spread the vegetable mixture over the beef and veggie layers.
Fill a small pot with water, bring it to a boil, and gently lower in 2 eggs, cooking for about 7 minutes.
Peel and grate the eggs, then add them to a bowl with 10 ounces of grated soft cheese, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 grated clove of garlic, stirring until smooth.
Spread the creamy cheese-and-egg mixture evenly over the beef and veggie layer.
Roll the beef into a log using the parchment paper and wrap it tightly in foil.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 30 minutes.
