1/4 cup tahini sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)

Drain the chickpeas and reserve the liquid from the cans.

Add 2 cans of chickpeas to the food processor.

Put the lid on the food processor and puree until smooth.

Add about 1/3 cup of the reserved chickpea liquid to the mixture and continue to puree until smooth and creamy.

Plate the hummus and make a well in the middle for olive oil.
