Add 1 cup of rolled oats to a food processor and blend for about 20 seconds until powdered.
Add 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the food processor and mix until combined.
Transfer the dry ingredients to a large bowl.
In the food processor, add 3 medium ripe bananas, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, then blend until smooth.
Combine the banana mixture with the dry ingredients in the large bowl.
Add chocolate chips to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
Spoon the mixture into a silicone granola bar pan, pressing down firmly to compact it.
Bake in the oven for 13 to 16 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the bars cool completely in the pan before removing them.
To remove, gently pull the edges of the pan and push up from underneath.
If using a regular pan, cut the bars and remove them that way.
