Baked Ham with Apricot Honey Glaze

Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
Create a crosshatch pattern on the top of the ham by slicing diagonally in one direction, then in the opposite direction to form diamond shapes.
Insert whole cloves into each point where the diamonds meet.
Prepare an oven bag by shaking it open and sprinkling in 1-2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, then shake to coat the inside.
Place a few pieces of foil at the bottom of a glass 9 by 13 inch baking pan as a makeshift roasting rack.
Put the ham, skin and fat side up, inside the oven bag and tie it off with a nylon zip tie.
Tuck all excess pieces of the bag underneath to prevent sticking out.
Snip six slits into the top of the roasting bag, about half an inch in length, to allow steam to escape.
In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup apricot jam, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard over medium-low heat until combined and glossy.
After baking the ham for about two hours, carefully cut open the top of the bag and roll it down to pour the glaze over the ham.
Return the ham to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes to allow the glaze to adhere.
