400 g (14 oz) can chopped tomatoes
150 ml (½ cup) red wine
250 ml (1 cup) beef stock
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
2 bay leaves
Salt & black pepper to taste
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
