Wash chicken quarters thoroughly.

Season chicken with salt and dry jerk seasoning, ensuring it gets into every crevice.

Cover the chicken and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

Place the marinated chicken in a container and add the remaining marinade to the bottom of the pan.
