Instructions

  • 1 cup collard greens, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package wonton wrappers (about 50 wrappers)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the chopped collard greens, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. 2Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center.
  3. 3Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold it in half to form a triangle, and press the edges to seal. You can also fold the corners to the center for a different shape.
