Greek-style Turkey Burger

Grate half of an English cucumber on the large holes of a box grater.
Transfer the grated cucumber onto a clean dish towel and squeeze out excess liquid.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the grated cucumber with 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of sea salt, and black pepper. Stir together and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add 1 pound of organic ground turkey and 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
Add 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the turkey.
Incorporate 1/2 cup of finely chopped roasted red peppers and 1/4 cup of chopped kalamata olives into the mixture, followed by 1/3 cup of feta cheese.
Gently mix the turkey mixture until combined, being careful not to overmix.
Score the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
Preheat the grill to medium-medium high heat and wipe the grates with avocado oil to prevent sticking.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side before flipping.
Cook the patties for another 4-5 minutes until they are opaque and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve the burgers on butter lettuce leaves topped with a dollop of tzatziki sauce.
