Preheat the oven to 175C/350F.
Grease an 8"X4" (20cm X 10cm) loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash 4 medium bananas until smooth.
Add 180 g of brown sugar to the mashed bananas and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine 280 g of all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
Pour in 150 ml of vegetable oil and add 2 eggs, mixing until combined.
Stir in 1-2 tsp of vanilla extract and 60 g of walnuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and top with extra walnuts.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
