Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add flour gradually to the melted butter, mixing well.
Add milk gradually while mixing until the sauce thickens.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
Add very small diced red pepper to the white sauce and mix.
Cook spinach flavor lasagna noodles in boiling water for about 7 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
Spread a layer of white sauce on the bottom of a baking pan.
Layer lasagna noodles over the white sauce.
Spread more white sauce over the noodles, followed by chopped spinach and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layering with noodles, white sauce, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.
Finish with a final layer of noodles and spread remaining white sauce on top.
Crumble too much cheese over the final layer, followed by more mozzarella cheese.
Add dried basil and sliced tomatoes on top, then drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Let the lasagna rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
