Whisk together 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 2 teaspoons corn starch.

Add 2/3 cup (150ml) of milk and whisk to eliminate lumps.

Add the remaining 2/3 cup (150ml) of milk and give a quick whisk.

Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking continuously, until it thickens.

Once thickened, remove from heat and add 1.5 oz (40g) dark chocolate chips.
