1

Preheat the oven to 400℉. Note: there is no salt added to this recipe. The Stove Top stuffing mixture, salted butter, and broth will have enough salt to flavor the stuffing.

2

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt 7 Tbsp of butter, add the chopped onion and celery. Let it sauté for about 15-20 minutes, so that the veggies soften.

3

Add in the sage and poultry seasoning and sauté another 5 minutes.

4

Stir in the 2 bags/boxes of Stove Top stuffing mix. Stir well to coat with butter.

5

Remove from the heat.

6

Pour in the chicken broth. Then stir again so it absorbs the liquid.

7

Grease the sides and bottom of a 9x9 pan with 1 Tbsp of softened butter.

8

Pour the stuffing mixture into the pan.

9

Cube the remaining 2 Tbsp of butter, dot the top of the stuffing with the cubes.

10

Place in a 400°F oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes. The middle gets soft and buttery and the top will have crispy bits!

11

Serve hot with a side of gravy.
