Cut off the ends of the crook neck yellow squash.

Cut the squash into about 1 inch slices.

Boil the squash until tender, approximately 20-25 minutes.

Drain the boiled squash and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add salt, sugar, a little bit of pepper, chopped onion, melted margarine, and whipped eggs to the squash.

Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl.

Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.

Top the mixture with more breadcrumbs.

Bake in a 350°F oven for about 45 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
