1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon chicken base
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Laughing Cow cheese, cubed
1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Mexican cheese blend, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Add salt to a pot of water for boiling potatoes.

Peel and slice russet and golden potatoes into even cuts.

Add sliced potatoes back to hot water and cook until tender.
