Welcome to the kitchen and introduce the recipe for one-pan chicken and potatoes.
List the ingredients: chicken, cabbage, bell peppers, carrots, onions, grated ginger, garlic, potatoes, onion powder, curry powder, ginger powder, salt, Italian seasoning, chopped ainaro pepper, seasoning cube, corn starch, water, and oil.
Mix corn starch with a little bit of water and set it aside.
Marinate the chicken with grated garlic, ginger, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well and allow to marinate for 45 minutes to an hour (or overnight).
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and sear the marinated chicken, turning periodically until browned on both sides.
Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.
Add diced potatoes to the same pot and stir.
Add chopped ainaro peppers and stir again.
Add a little bit of water and salt to taste, then cover and cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
Check the potatoes after 10 minutes; they should be almost ready.
Add one seasoning cube and curry powder, stir, then add diced cabbage and carrots. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste for salt and adjust if necessary, then add diced onions and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Add bell peppers and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Check on the veggies and add the mixed corn starch to thicken the sauce.
Add the chicken back into the pot and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, covering halfway.
After 5 to 6 minutes, check the dish; it should be ready to serve.
Serve the one-pan chicken and potatoes, suggesting pairing with white rice or enjoying on its own.
