Pour 5 tablespoons of red wine vinegar into a large serving bowl.

Add 3 tablespoons of grapeseed oil, the chopped cilantro, and the lime juice to the bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of white sugar and 3/4 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Add the minced garlic and whisk the dressing together well, then set it aside.

Rinse and drain 1 (15 ounce) can of black beans.

In a pot of lightly salted boiling water, add 1 pound of frozen shelled edamame and boil for 3 minutes.

Add 3 cups of frozen corn kernels to the pot with the edamame and boil for 1 more minute.

Drain the edamame and corn well.

Add the drained edamame and corn to the dressing.
