Olive Garden Salad!

Chop the green leaf lettuce, Iceberg lettuce, and red leaf lettuce and combine them in a large bowl.

Add sliced black olives, chopped peperoncinis, and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the salad mixture.

Add croutons to the salad.

In a separate bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper.

Slowly drizzle in the extra-virgin olive oil while whisking to combine the vinaigrette.

Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine.

Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and shaved Parmesan cheese, if using.
