2 tablespoons sugar (Sanon sugar)
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
lettuce (as needed)

Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar in a bowl.

Finely chop the green onion and cut the bell peppers into chunks.

Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then shape into bite-sized balls.
