- ●1 lb ground beef
- ●1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- ●1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- ●1/4 cup soy sauce
- ●1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- ●1 egg
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1 tsp ginger powder
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp salt
- ●1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt.
- 3Mix the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
- 4Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
- 6While the meatballs are baking, you can prepare additional teriyaki sauce if desired for serving.
- 7Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- 8Serve the meatballs drizzled with extra teriyaki sauce and garnished with sesame seeds.

- ●1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- ●1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- ●1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- 3Add the granulated sugar to the melted butter and mix until well combined.
- 4Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- 5In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- 6Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- 7Pour in the cooled brewed coffee and mix until smooth.
- 8Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- 9Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- 10Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- 11Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
