  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, egg, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. 3Mix the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
  4. 4Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  6. 6While the meatballs are baking, you can prepare additional teriyaki sauce if desired for serving.
  7. 7Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. 8Serve the meatballs drizzled with extra teriyaki sauce and garnished with sesame seeds.

  7. 7Pour in the cooled brewed coffee and mix until smooth.
  8. 8Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  9. 9Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  10. 10Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
