1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons cooking wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon brown sugar
chopped green onions
sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 Celsius).

In a bowl, add 1 pound of lean ground beef.

Add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the beef.

Crack in 1 egg to bind the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.

Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
