Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Add ginger garlic paste and cook until it changes color.

Add chicken to the pan and cook until golden on one side, then flip to cook the other side.

Add black pepper and fry until well cooked.

Add water, brown sugar (or white sugar if brown is not available), and hot sauce, and mix well.

Dissolve corn flour in water and add to the mixture; it will turn white initially but will shine after cooking.

Add chopped garlic and carrot, and sauté until softened.

Beat 2 eggs and add to the mixture along with capsicum and other colorful vegetables as desired.

Mix in boiled rice, cabbage, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper, and stir well to combine.
