Teriyaki Meatballs

In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp water, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon minced onions, a dash of garlic salt, and a dash of ground ginger.

Mix the ingredients together and let it set for about 10 minutes.

In another bowl, combine 1 pound of lean ground beef and 1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs.

Mix the ground beef and bread crumbs well.

Add the mixture of soy sauce and spices into the ground beef and bread crumbs and mix thoroughly.

Use an ice cream scooper to scoop the mixture and form it into ball shapes.

Preheat a wok with some vegetable oil.

Place the meatballs into the hot oil and cook for about a minute until golden brown.

Flip the meatballs to brown the other side.

Cover the wok with a lid to help cook the meatballs faster and to retain moisture.

Once cooked, place the meatballs on a napkin to soak up excess grease.
