Cut one hard-boiled egg in half to use as a decoration on top of the dip.

Place 12 hard-boiled eggs in cold water with a splash of vinegar and salt.

Bring the water to a low boil, cover, and turn off the heat, letting the eggs sit for about 15 minutes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and fresh ground black pepper to the eggs.

Add 2 teaspoons of yellow mustard and about 1 cup of mayonnaise to the eggs.

Stir in 4 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish and 2 tablespoons of dill pickle relish.

Sprinkle in smoked paprika and mix well, saving some for garnish on top.

Add real bacon bits to the mixture, saving some for garnish as well.

Blend the mixture until smooth, using a hand mixer if desired for a chunkier texture.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, placing the half egg on top for decoration and sprinkling with bacon bits and smoked paprika.
