This dish is enjoyed for its savory taste and is commonly served at gatherings and festivals, showcasing the communal aspect of Chinese dining.

Low-sodium soy sauce is healthier for those monitoring salt intake.
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped onion and fry until it softens but doesn't change color.
Add 300 grams of boneless chicken cut into small cubes and fry until color changes from pink to white, about 3-4 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of water, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Check that all the water has evaporated and the chicken is soft.
Mash the chicken lightly with a spoon.
Add 1 cup of finely chopped carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add 1 cup of peas (boiled), 100 grams of finely chopped cabbage, and 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, cooking until vegetables soften.
Add 1/2 cup of boiled corn and 1 cup of finely chopped bell peppers, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder, mixing well and cooking for 3-4 minutes.
Lightly mash the vegetable mixture and set aside.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add 3 tablespoons of flour, and fry until rawness is gone.
Add 3/4 cup of milk gradually, stirring to prevent lumps.
Mix the vegetable and chicken mixture with the flour and milk mixture, cooking until it forms a dough that leaves the pan.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool.
Beat 2 eggs with 1/4 teaspoon salt for the coating.
Shape the cooled mixture into kebabs.
Coat the kebabs with the egg mixture and shallow fry in 5-6 tablespoons of oil until golden.
