Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.

Whisk sugar into chocolate mixture.

Add eggs and whisk well.

Sift cocoa powder over chocolate mixture and whisk until well combined.

Pour batter into a baking pan.

Bake in middle of oven for 25-30 minutes, or until top has formed a thin crust.

Cool in baking pan for at least 5 minutes before serving.
