Traditionally made with cream, sugar, and gelatin, it is often flavored with vanilla or fruit. The addition of fresh peaches not only enhances its flavor but also celebrates the summer harvest. Today, panna cotta has gained popularity worldwide, with numerous variations showcasing seasonal fruits and flavors.

Nectarines provide similar flavor and texture
Prepare peach puree by baking peaches and refrigerating it.
Add peach puree to a large saucepan.
Add coconut oil to the saucepan.
Add plant-based milk or water to the saucepan.
Add coconut butter to the saucepan and mix well until combined.
Add maple syrup to the mixture (optional).
Gradually add agar powder to the mixture before it starts boiling, stirring well.
Bring the mixture to a boil and wait for bubbles to form.
Once boiling, let it boil for 1 minute.
Measure 350 grams of the mixture to pour into the cake layers.
Pour the remaining mixture into cups for classic panna cotta.
Refrigerate the cake for 3-4 hours or overnight for decoration.
Prepare a layer to keep fresh or caramelized fruits on top of the cake (optional).
Remove the cake from the refrigerator and let it warm up slightly before decorating.
Prepare berries or fruits for decoration before making the final layer.
Mix reserved peach puree with a little agar powder and boil the mixture.
Pour a thin layer of the peach mixture over the cake to cover it.
Arrange berries immediately on top of the cake before the agar sets.
Unmold the cake and remove the acetate strip and parchment paper.
