Chicken Bacon Ranch

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
4 slices thick cut applewood smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 hoagie rolls
4 slices provolone cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup fresh tomatoes, sliced
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup onion, sliced
2 cups lettuce, shredded

Heat up the cooked chicken.

Cook thick cut applewood smoked bacon until slightly crispy, not extra crispy.

Cut a small slit in the back of the hoagie roll to create a 'door hinge'.

Layer a portion of the heated chicken into the hoagie roll.
