Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

5 cups broccoli (cooked down to about 4 cups)
8 slices cooked bacon
4 cups cooked chicken breast
3 cloves minced garlic
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Boil water and blanch 5 cups of broccoli for a few minutes until cooked down to about 4 cups.

Drain the broccoli and plunge it into ice water to stop the cooking process.

Cook 8 slices of bacon in an air fryer at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes, then spread the bacon out and cook for an additional 1 to 4 minutes until crispy.

Slice or crumble the cooked bacon and set aside, reserving some for topping later.

In a large bowl, combine 4 cups of cooked chicken breast, the cooked bacon, and the cooked broccoli.

Add 3 cloves of minced garlic to the mixture.

Pour in 1 cup of ranch dressing and mix until creamy.

Add 1 cup each of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, mixing half into the mixture and reserving the other half for topping.

Transfer the mixture to a 9 by 13 casserole dish and smooth the top.

Top with the reserved shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, followed by the reserved crumbled bacon.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is hot.
