Blend 1/2 cup of nuts and seeds (sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, cashews) with 1 can of white beans and enough water to cover them to create a creamy base.

Add the blended bean and nut mixture to the pot and let it simmer together.

To thicken the soup, mix 1 tablespoon of arrowroot starch with 1 tablespoon of water and add it to the soup.
