250 ml meat stock
2 tsp dry shrimp/crayfish powder

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the sweet potatoes and carrots; cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and stir in the peanut butter until well combined.

Add cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
