3 cups chicken broth
1 (16-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup water
1 cup ditalini pasta
1 (3-inch) Parmesan rind
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup shaved Parmesan

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
