Recipe Information
Affogato
Brew a shot of espresso using your preferred method.
While the espresso is brewing, scoop two generous scoops of vanilla ice cream into a serving glass or bowl.
Once the espresso is ready, pour it over the ice cream scoops.
If desired, add a tablespoon of coffee liqueur for extra flavor.
Garnish with chocolate shavings on top.
Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy the melting combination of ice cream and espresso.
