Garlic Fried Rice

2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil infused with garlic
1 whole bulb garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs, beaten with a bit of salt
3 cups pre-cooked Sella basmati rice (cooked a day earlier)
1-2 bouillon cubes (Knorr chicken cubes)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2-3 spring onions, chopped

Heat a pan on medium heat and add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil infused with garlic.

Add the finely chopped garlic and fry for about 4-5 minutes until it begins to brown, being careful not to burn it.

Set the fried garlic aside once done.

In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.

Add 2 beaten eggs with a bit of salt to the melted butter and scramble them as they start to set.

Gradually add 3 cups of pre-cooked Sella basmati rice to the scrambled eggs, mixing thoroughly to combine.

Add 1-2 bouillon cubes, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to the rice mixture and mix thoroughly.

Leave the mixture to simmer for about 1 minute.

Add the fried garlic and chopped spring onions to the rice mixture, combine thoroughly, and leave to simmer for another minute.
