Garlic Fried Rice

2 tablespoons oil
garlic

chopped green onions (bottom portion)
cold rice
2 scrambled eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
green onion tops

Heat up a wok.

Add 2 tablespoons of oil and spread it around.

Turn the heat down slightly.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add a little bit of salt.

Add chopped green onions (bottom portion).

Add cold rice and chop it up really well.

Cook the rice for a couple of minutes.

Make a well at the bottom of the wok.

Add in 2 scrambled eggs and work them in.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Top with green onion tops and plate the dish.
