2 cups cooked rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons red chili sauce
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1/4 cup spring onion, chopped
1/4 cup coriander, chopped

Take a large pot and fill it with water.

Add salt and squeeze in the juice of one lemon into the water.

Wash the rice 1-2 times with clean water before boiling.

Soak the rice for 15-20 minutes.

Boil the rice until it's 90% cooked, then set aside.

In a kadhai (wok), add chopped garlic and heat it.
