Garlic Fried Rice

5 green onions
6 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
soy sauce (eyeballed)
butter (eyeballed)
leftover rice

Start by setting the Power XL on sauté mode at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

Melt some butter in the Power XL.

Add 6 cloves of chopped garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant.

Add 5 chopped green onions to the garlic and stir together.

Once the garlic and onions are sautéed and starting to brown, add leftover rice to the mixture, about half of what you have, and mix well.

Add more rice as needed, but do not use all of it if it's too much.

Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, mixing thoroughly.

Eyeball some soy sauce into the mixture, being careful not to add too much to avoid over-browning.

Continue to mix until everything is well combined and heated through, ensuring there are no chunks of rice left.

After about 17 minutes of cooking, check the rice. If it's done, cancel the cooking process and unplug the Power XL.

Taste the garlic fried rice to ensure the flavor is good.
