Garlic Fried Rice

2 cups of overnight cooked rice
3 eggs
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic chips
5 cloves of garlic crispy chopped
2 stalks of spring onion, chopped
1/2 tsp chicken powder
a bit of salt
dashes of black pepper powder

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.

Add the crispy chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the overnight cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Push the rice to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space, scrambling them until cooked.

Mix the eggs into the rice.

Add the light soy sauce, garlic chips, chopped spring onion, chicken powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir everything together and cook for another minute before serving.
