Pork Chops with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Button Mushroom - 1/2 bowl
All purpose cream - 250 ml
Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt
Pork cube - 1 pc
Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 50 grams
Water - 500 ml
Onion - 1 pc
Garlic cloves - 6 pcs

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.

Add sliced mushrooms and thyme, cooking until mushrooms are browned.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Stir in heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
