How to bake Michelina’s Pizza Snack Rolls

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.

Cut the dough into squares, approximately 3 inches by 3 inches.

Place a small amount of pizza sauce in the center of each square.

Add mozzarella cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni on top of the sauce.

Fold the dough over to create a triangle and press the edges to seal.

Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil.

Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, black pepper, and salt on top.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet dusted with cornmeal.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
