In a bowl, mix 250g flour, 2 eggs, milk, and cream until smooth.
Add salt to the mixture.
Scoop small portions of the batter and carefully drop them into boiling water.
Cook until the dumplings float to the surface, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
In a small pot, melt 100g Kachkéis with a glug of wine until boiling.
Add 4 teaspoons of mustard to the Kachkéis sauce.
Thicken the sauce with a mixture of 4 teaspoons cornstarch and cream.
Add more cream to the sauce until creamy.
Serve the Kniddelen with the Kachkéis sauce, topped with rocket and pine nuts.
