Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

Add bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart, about 5-7 minutes.
Add chicken breast, diced, and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Mix in tomato sauce, carrots, and peas, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with oregano, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and cilantro.
