Ground turkey is leaner, while canned tuna is cost-effective.
Parmesan cheese

Nutritional yeast is dairy-free and adds a cheesy flavor.
Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
Add 2 boxes of spaghetti to boiling water and cook until al dente.
Heat 2 tablespoons of corn oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and a little salt to the skillet and sauté until softened.
Add sliced red and green bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened.
Make a hole in the middle of the skillet and add minced garlic and a little more oil.
Add vinegar to the vegetables in the skillet.
Stir in tomato paste and chicken bouillon, mixing well.
Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta, reserving some of the cooking water.
Add the reserved pasta water to the sauce in the skillet and mix well.
Add olives, cilantro, and Dominican oregano to the sauce and stir to combine.
