Dice 4 large white onions and prepare green and scotch bonnet chilies.

Mix marinade with 3 teaspoons of dejon mustard, 1 Maggie cube, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of chili spice, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic and ginger, a pinch of salt, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice.

Marinate the tilapia fish with the mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Prepare a non-stick tray with grease paper and place the marinated fish on it, drizzling oil over it.

Grill the fish in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

In a pot, add oil and the marinated onions, cooking for a few minutes.

Add diced courgettes and peppers to the pot and mix well.

Add bay leaves and water to the pot, then add crabs and prawns.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Check the fish in the oven and turn it over if needed.

Once everything is cooked, turn off the gas and prepare to plate.
