Take the ham out of the plastic and wipe it with a paper towel.
Remove the skin from the ham by making an incision between the fat and the skin, using fingers to pull off the skin while leaving as much fat as possible.
Place the skin on the baking tray to keep the ham elevated and prevent the glaze from burning.
Score the surface of the ham in a crisscross pattern, making sure not to cut all the way through to create crevices for the glaze.
Prepare the glaze by adding 4 tablespoons of orange marmalade, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, a dash of all spice, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar into a pot.
Add a dash of soy sauce to the pot and bring the mixture to a simmer for about 2 minutes to melt the sugar and thicken the glaze.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the ham in the oven and bake for roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes, glazing it every 15 minutes.
After baking, check the ham until it looks caramelized and golden brown before serving.
