Beef Wraps

Prepare the beef by cutting it into strips and marinating it with soy sauce, barbecue sauce, black pepper, and ginger.

In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the beef until cooked through.

Chop the cabbage, bell peppers (hoho), onions (vitunguu maji), garlic (kitunguu swaumu), and tomatoes (nyanya).

In a bowl, mix the flour (unga wa ngano), yogurt (maziwa ya mtindi), salt, and amira to make the wrap dough.

Roll out the dough and cook the wraps on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.

Assemble the wraps by placing the cooked beef and sautéed vegetables inside the wrap, adding mayonnaise, avocado (parachichi), and lime (limao) as desired.
