1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
250 gms Boneless Chicken (Sliced)
3 Medium Tomato Paste
1/2 Tsp Salt
4-5 Tbsp Arrabiata Sauce
1 Tsp Oregano
2 Tbsp Parsley
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Cook the Penne Pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

In a pan, heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil and sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant.

Add the sliced boneless chicken and cook until browned.

Stir in the red chilli flakes, tomato paste, and salt, and cook for a few minutes.

Add the Arrabiata sauce and oregano, mixing well.

Combine the cooked Penne Pasta with the sauce and chicken mixture.

Garnish with parsley and mozzarella cheese before serving.
