Start by preparing the sauce: in a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon of mustard sauce, and 1 teaspoon of chili hot sauce until well combined.
In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it up.
Add the boneless chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Once the chicken is golden, add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
After cooking, cut the chicken into pieces and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add bell peppers and mozzarella cheese on top of the cooked chicken in the pan.
Mix everything together until the cheese is melted and well combined.
Prepare the tortilla wrap by placing the chicken and cheese mixture inside and rolling it up tightly.
Grease the outside of the wrap with oil and toast it in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
