Heat a frying pan or wok until hot.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and swirl to coat the pan.
Add a big handful of onions and a big handful of sliced green bell peppers; cook for about 3-4 minutes until they start to brown.
Add a spoonful of chopped garlic and stir; let it sit to get a little charred.
Break off 5 chunks of Gary's quick steak and add them on top of the vegetables in the pan.
Let the steak sit for a minute or two until it starts to brown, then break it apart and mix it with the vegetables.
Season the meat with quick steak seasoning, seasoned salt, and fresh ground pepper.
Cook until all the meat is cooked through, ensuring there are no rare pieces.
Turn off the heat and pour the mixture into a bowl.
Place the mixture into hoagie buns and top with either provolone cheese or cheese whiz, then broil if using provolone.
